1/2 c. boiling water
1 can crushed pineapple
1/2 pt. heavy cream
1 pkg. lime jello
1 small pkg. cream cheese

Dissolve jello in 1/2 cup boiling water. Drain the can
of pineapple (saving the juice) and add to the jello mixture.
Combine 1 tablespoon pineapple juice and mix with the cream
cheese. Beat with a mixer until smooth. Add this to jello
mixture. Whip the heavy cream until quite firm and fold into
the jello mixture. Chill in fridge until firm.
