1/2 tsp. prepared mustard
1/4 c. oil
1/4 tsp. freshly ground pepper

3/4 lb. green cabbage, finely
1/2 medium-sized cucumber,
peeled and chopped
1 large rib celery, sliced
2 green onions, sliced
In serving bowl, mix vinegar, sugar, salt, mustard,
