1/4 c. packed brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 c. water
1 c. raisins
1/2 tsp. finely shredded lemon
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 Tbsp. vinegar
Combine brown sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan.
Stir in water. Add lemon juice and raisins. Stir and cook
until the mixture looks thick and bubbly. Cook and stir for 1
to 2 minutes. Makes 2 cups. Serve with ham, pork or poultry.
