SALSA

1 c. cut-up ripe tomatoes or
well drained canned
1 can (4 oz.) chopped green
chilies, well drained
2 Tbsp. minced green onion
tops
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 Tbsp. oil
2 Tbsp. cider vinegar
1/2 tsp. dried basil
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all ingredients in a medium-sized bowl. Cover and
chill 1 hour.
