FIVE HOUR OVEN STEW|
1 1/2 lb. stew meat
3 carrots, chopped in 1/2-inch
1 onion, chopped in 1/2-inch
1 c. celery, chopped in
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
3 c. potatoes, cut up
3 Tbsp. tapioca
1 c. V-8 vegetable juice
1 c. water
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
salt and pepper to taste
Place in greased casserole or Dutch oven and bake 5
hours in 250 degrees oven.
