ANTIPASTA 1 small cauliflower 4 carrots 4 stalks celery 2 green peppers 8 oz. pimento strips 6 oz. olives 1 1/2 c. white wine vinegar 3/4 c. olive oil 1/4 c. sugar 2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. pepper 1 tsp. oregano 1/2 c. water Put all ingredients in pot and bring to a boil. Simmer on low for 5 minutes. Pour into serving dish and chill for 24 hours.
