HOT CHICKEN SALAD|
2 c. boned, cooked chicken
3 boiled eggs
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. water chestnuts
crushed potato chips
Mix together all ingredients and cover with crushed
potato chips. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 to 25 minutes.
