REFRESHING MACARONI SALAD

2 (8 oz.) pkg. shell macaroni
2 medium cucumbers, peeled and
chopped
2 bunches green onions,
chopped
1 pt. cherry tomatoes, halved
1 c. salad dressing or
mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
fresh parsley sprigs
(optional)

Cook macaroni; drain and let cool. Add remaining
ingredients, except parsley; stir gently. Cover and chill at
least 2 hours. Garnish with parsley, if desired. Yields 12
servings.
