SPAGHETTI SAUCE

2 cans tomatoes
2 cans tomato paste
3 cans tomato sauce
1 lb. hamburger
1 large can mushrooms
oregano
celery seed
onion powder
salt
2 onions, finely chopped
2 green peppers, finely
chopped
3 stalks celery, finely
chopped
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
paprika
celery salt
garlic powder

Simmer tomatoes with oregano, celery seed, onion powder
and salt for 2 hours. Cook hamburger, adding mushrooms,
onions, green pepper, celery, paprika, celery salt, garlic
powder and salt. Add tomato sauce and paste to simmering
tomatoes, rinsing all sauce cans with a total of 1/2 can of
water. Stir mixture. Add meat. After sauce gets hot, add
grated Parmesan cheese. Simmer for 2 hours longer.
