TARTAR SAUCE

1 c. mayonnaise
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 Tbsp. minced onion
2 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 clove garlic, pressed
2 Tbsp. minced dill pickle
2 Tbsp. drained capers
1 Tbsp. minced green onion

Mix all ingredients together. Let stand for 30 minutes
before serving to enhance flavor. Store in refrigerator.
