3 Tbsp. flour
3 Tbsp. butter
1 c. milk
salt and pepper to taste
Using a wooden spoon and a heavy skillet, melt butter
and add flour. Once it has melted, remove from heat. Stir
milk in gradually, returning to heat and stir until sauce is
