SHRIMP SALAD 1 lb. boiled shrimp 2 celery ribs, finely chopped 1 sweet pickle 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise salt and pepper to taste Peel and devein shrimp. Cut each one into 2 or 3 pieces. Add egg, celery, pickle and mayonnaise. Mix thorough- ly and add seasoning to taste. Serve on lettuce or stuff avocado or tomato halves.
