CALICO VEGETABLE BOWL|
(A Colorful Salad Course)
1 c. diced cooked potatoes
1 c. diced cooked carrots
1 c. cooked peas
1 can pimiento, chopped
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2 Tbsp. snipped parsley
1/4 c. French salad dressing
1/2 head lettuce
Combine diced potatoes, diced carrots, peas, chopped
pimiento, chopped onion and parsley with French dressing.
Chill 1 hour. Tear lettuce into bite-size pieces. Toss with
other vegetables. Pass mayonnaise. Makes 6 servings.
