FROZEN CRANBERRY SALAD 2 (3 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise 2 Tbsp. sugar 1 (No. 1) can cranberry sauce 1 (No. 1) can crushed pineapple, drained 1/2 c. chopped nuts 1 c. whipped cream Blend cream cheese, mayonnaise and sugar. Add fruit and nuts. Fold in cream. Pour in pan or mold and freeze at least 6 hours or overnight. Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes before serving. Makes 8 to 10 servings.
