2 1/2 qt. shredded carrots
1/2 c. lemon juice
2 1/2 c. orange sections,
2 1/2 c. flaked coconut
3 3/4 c. miniature
1/2 c. honey
1 3/4 c. sour cream
2/3 c. mayonnaise
Combine honey, sour cream and mayonnaise. Mix well and
set aside. Peel and shred carrots. Peel and chop orange. Mix
carrots, chopped orange, marshmallows, coconut and lemon juice;
toss lightly. Pour sour cream mixture over vegetables and
fruit. Toss and chill until serving time. Yield: 25 (1/2
