KRAUT SALAD 1 qt. sauerkraut (chopped is best) 1 large green bell pepper, chopped 2 c. celery, chopped 1 jar pimiento, drained and chopped 1/3 c. cider vinegar 1 1/2 c. sugar Mix kraut, juice and all, with all other ingredients. Store covered in refrigerator. Keeps very well, like pickles. Excellent used as a side dish with any meat.
