ORANGE JELLO SALAD

2 (3 oz.) pkg. orange Jell-O
2 c. boiling water
2 or 3 bananas, sliced
1 c. small marshmallows
1 (No. 2) can crushed
pineapple, drained (reserve
juice)

Mix Jell-O with boiling water, then add the cold water.
When it starts to jell, add the bananas, pineapple and marsh-
mallows; let it get firm. To keep bananas from turning dark,
add a few drops of lemon juice to the pineapple juice and put
chopped bananas into the pineapple juice. Let sit for 5
minutes. After coating bananas, remove and put into orange
Jell-O.

Topping:
2 Tbsp. flour
1 egg
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1 pkg. cream cheese
1 Cool Whip
Mix together and top when Jell-O gets firm.
