RICE AND VEGGIE SALAD|
1 c. cooked, diced carrots
1 c. diced celery
1/2 c. cooked, chopped green
1/2 c. chopped onions
1 c. cooked peas
1/2 c. cooked rice
1/2 c. Italian dressing
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
Combine veggies and rice with Italian dressing over-
night. Drain any excess. Mix lightly with mayonnaise. Season
with salt and pepper.
