2 qt. water
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped celery
6 chicken bouillon cubes
2 lb. O'Brien hash browns
10 oz. pkg. mixed vegetables
2 cans cream of celery soup
2 lb. Velveeta cheese, cubed
Simmer water, onion, celery and bouillon cubes 20 to 30
minutes. Add potatoes and mixed vegetables. Simmer 20 min-
utes. Add soup and cheese. Stir until cheese is melted.
