FOUR BEAN SALAD
1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
1 (16 oz.) can green beans
1 (16 oz.) can wax beans
1 (16 oz.) can garbanzo beans
1 medium onion
3/4 c. sugar
2/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. oil
Drain beans, discarding liquid; combine and toss with
onion. To make dressing, combine remaining ingredients and
pour over beans. Mix to coat well; chill. Serve on salad
greens (optional). Will keep well in refrigerator several
