RENEW FRUIT IN CHEESE SAUCE|
1 (17 oz.) can mixed fruit
1 (17 oz.) can apricots
1 (17 oz.) can pineapple
1/4 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. juice from fruit
2 (5 oz.) jars Old English
Drain fruit, reserving 2 cups juice. Heat juice in a
medium saucepan. Slowly add sugar and flour. When smooth, add
cheese and heat until it bubbles. Arrange fruit in 2-quart
baking dish. Pour cheese sauce over fruit and bake at 350 degrees for
25 to 30 minutes.
