BAKED CURRIED FRUIT

1/4 c. butter
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1 large can pineapple chunks
1 small can sliced almonds
1 large can sliced peaches
1 small bottle maraschino
cherries
3/4 c. brown sugar

Melt butter, sugar and curry powder. Drain and dry
fruits. Place 1 layer of each fruit in a large shallow baking
dish. Spread butter mixture over top. Bake 1 hour and 15
minutes at 350 degrees. Add almonds shortly before the end of baking
time.
