3/4 c. (6 oz.) tomato paste
3/4 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
1 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. minced green pepper
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. black pepper

Combine ingredients in saucepan and cover. Bring to a
boil and simmer 10 minutes. Stir occasionally to prevent
scorching. Makes about 2 cups. Great for chicken or roast.
