1/2 head lettuce (bite size)
1/4 lb. spinach (fresh)
2 bunches green onions,
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. green peppers
1 pkg. frozen peas, thawed
8 to 12 slices bacon
4 hard-boiled eggs, sliced

1 c. sour cream
1 c. mayonnaise
1 pkg. Good Season's Italian

In large Pyrex pan (13 x 10 inches) layer: lettuce,
spinach, onions, celery, green peppers, peas, bacon and eggs.
Mix dressing ingredients well. Then cover layered ingredients
with dressing. Sprinkle with shredded cheese and seal.
Refrigerate for 8 hours.
