2 gal. peeled tomatoes
4 c. butter beans, cooked
32 or more ears corn, cut off
4 sweet green peppers, chopped
6 medium onions, chopped
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. salt
1 qt. hot water
Cook ingredients together. Let boil about 30 minutes.
Put in jars and in hot water bath for about 5 to 7 minutes.
You may omit any of the vegetables which you do not like and
add any others you prefer. Add meat and seasonings as you like
