1 large head cabbage
1 medium green pepper
1 medium onion
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. salt
1 c. vinegar
1/2 c. oil
2 tsp. celery seed
2 Tbsp. sugar
Shred cabbage, pepper and onion. Sprinkle with 1 cup
sugar and salt. Heat together vinegar, oil, celery seed and 2
tablespoons salt. Cool completely. Pour over cabbage and mix.
Refrigerate 24 hours.
