ANGEL HASH 3 c. sweet milk 1/2 c. sugar 2 Tbsp. flour 2 egg yolks 1 pt. whipped cream 3 or 4 ripe bananas, cut fine 1 small can pineapple, drained and chopped 1 small bag small marshmallows 1 pinch salt 2 egg whites 1 tsp. vanilla Boil milk. Add sugar, flour and egg yolks to milk while boiling. Remove from stove and add vanilla. Beat egg whites and add to custard after it cools. Mix whipped cream, pineap- ple, bananas, marshmallows and salt together in separate bowl. Add this to custard mixing well. Stir every 30 minutes until you serve. Serve well chilled.
