1 pkg. Rice-A-Roni (chicken)
2 to 4 green onions (use
tops), sliced
1 medium green pepper, chopped
8 to 10 stuffed green olives,
2 (6 oz.) jars marinated
artichoke hearts, sliced
1/4 tsp. curry powder
1/2 c. mayonnaise

Cook Rice-A-Roni as directed on the box (omit butter).
Let cool. Mix remaining ingredients into the rice. Refriger-
ate 2 to 4 hours.
