9 or 10 medium sized potatoes,
4 hard-boiled eggs, diced
1 small onion, diced
2 or 3 pickles, diced
1 can pimiento peppers
1 tsp. celery salt

Mix well with dressing.

1 c. sugar
1 heaping Tbsp. flour
4 eggs, beaten well
1/2 c. water
1/2 c. vinegar (medium
1 tsp. salt
1 Tbsp. butter
1 tsp. French's mustard
Mix all dressing ingredients together and boil until
thick, stirring constantly. Garnish potato salad with egg
slices and a dash of paprika.
