1 can French green beans
1 can white Shoe Peg corn
1 can peas
1 pepper, chopped or shredded
1 c. celery, chopped or
1 onion, chopped or shredded
1 jar pimento, chopped or
Put all in a big bowl. In a saucepan mix:
2/3 c. vinegar
1/3 c. salad oil
1 c. sugar
salt and pepper
Heat to boiling; let cool and pour over vegetables.
