2 lb. pasta (elbows or fancy)
1 lb. chopped green peppers
1 (4 oz.) jar pimentos,
Chop pimentos and add with dressing to pasta.
12 oz. oil (1/2 regular oil,
1/2 olive oil)
6 oz. vinegar (white or red)
1 tsp. oregano
1 tsp. sweet basil
4 Tbsp. chopped parsley
1 Tbsp. salt
2 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. black pepper
Cook pasta al dente and rinse with cold water; drain.
Mix everything together and chill. Makes a large amount.
Recipe can be cut in half.
