MOLDED FRUIT SALAD|
1 (1 lb. 4 1/2 oz.) can
drained pineapple chunks
1 (1 lb.) can peach slices,
drained and cut up
2/3 c. cherries
2 bananas, thinly sliced
1 tsp. lemon juice
2 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1 1/2 c. ginger ale or 1 can
Combine pineapple, peaches, cherries, bananas and lemon
juice. Toss lightly and set aside. Combine jello and boiling
water. Stir until gelatin is completely dissolved. Add ginger
ale. Mix well. Chill until partially set. Add fruit mixture.
Chill until set.
