RECEPTION CHICKEN SALAD|
1 envelope plain gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1 c. mayonnaise
1 c. whipped cream
1 1/2 c. diced chicken
3/4 c. chopped pecans
3/4 c. chunk pineapple
1/2 tsp. salt
Dissolve gelatin in water over boiling water; let cool.
Combine gelatin, mayonnaise, salt and cream. Then fold in
chicken, nuts and pineapple. This can be made several hours
before serving on lettuce leaves.
