BROCCOLI-CAULIFLOWER SALAD 4 stalks fresh broccoli 8 oz. fresh mushrooms, sliced 1 head cauliflower 1 green pepper, chopped 3 stalks celery, chopped 1 c. sugar 2 tsp. dry mustard 1 tsp. salt 1/2 c. vinegar 1 1/2 c. vegetable oil 1 small onion, grated 2 Tbsp. poppy seed Remove flowerets from broccoli and cut into bite size pieces. Separate cauliflower into flowerets. Combine brocco- li, mushrooms, cauliflower, green pepper, celery; toss lightly. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over vegetables. Chill for 3 hours or overnight.
