Mozzarella cheese, grated 1 tsp. sugar Layer the above in a large dish in the same order as listed: lettuce, onion, celery, peas, mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sugar. Keep in refrigerator for 24 hours before you serve.
