EIGHT-LAYER SALAD

1 head lettuce
1 c. onion, chopped
1 c. celery, chopped
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas
(raw and still frozen)
2 c. mayonnaise
2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated
4 oz. Mozzarella cheese,
grated
1 tsp. sugar

Layer the above in a large dish in the same order as
listed: lettuce, onion, celery, peas, mayonnaise, Parmesan
cheese, Mozzarella cheese and sugar. Keep in refrigerator for
24 hours before you serve. When ready to serve, you may
garnish with bacon bits, small tomatoes, etc.
