1 pkg. lemon or lime jello
1 c. boiling water
1 small can drained pineapple
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese,
1 large container Cool Whip
chopped pecans (optional)
Dissolve gelatin in hot water. Add pineapple and cream
cheese. Fold in whipped cream. Chill at least 2 hours.
