6 large onions, thinly sliced
1/3 c. butter
2 Tbsp. flour
10 bouillon cubes (beef)
6 c. water
2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce

Saute onion in butter in a saucepan until golden. Stir
in flour. Add water, bouillon cubes and Worcestershire sauce.
Simmer at least 20 minutes; stir occasionally. Serves 8.
