GOLDEN CARROT SALAD
4 full c. finely grated
1 small can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. boiling pineapple juice
1 Tbsp. Jell-O orange powder
1/4 tsp. or less salt
Mix boiling pineapple juice and Jell-O orange powder;
set aside to cool. Grate carrots. Add crushed pineapple (no
juice) to carrots and mix well. Mix mayonnaise, cooled juice
and orange powder combination and suggestion of salt. Add to
carrots and pineapple. After first time, you may make adjust-
