JELLIED WALDORF MOUSSE|
1 pkg. lemon jello
1/8 tsp. salt
1/2 c. diced celery
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1 (12 oz.) Cool Whip
1 c. hot water
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1 1/2 c. diced, unpeeled red
Dissolve gelatin in hot water; chill until thick and
syrupy. Blend mayonnaise with jello until smooth. Add apples,
celery and nuts. Fold in Cool Whip. Chill until firm.
