2 c. catsup
1 c. chili sauce
4 Tbsp. cider vinegar
2 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. cornstarch
8 Tbsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. hickory smoked salt
1 medium onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. hot sauce
Mix all ingredients in saucepan. Cook 10 to 15 minutes
over medium-low heat. Use on beef or chicken.
