1 can tuna, drained
1 Tbsp. green onions, sliced
1/4 c. celery, chopped
1/4 c. unpeeled apples,
1 Tbsp. raisins
2 Tbsp. almonds, chopped
6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 tsp. turmeric
1/2 tsp. curry powder
1/2 tsp. lemon juice

In a bowl, combine tuna, green onions, celery, apples,
raisins and almonds. In a separate bowl, mix mayonnaise with
the turmeric, curry and lemon juice. Add to tuna mixture.
Serve on croissant. Serves 4.
