4 c. cooked chicken, cubed
1 1/4 lb. can water chestnuts,
drained and sliced
1 c. sliced celery
1 lb. seedless green grapes,
1/4 c. toasted almonds, sliced
1 c. mayonnaise
1 Tbsp. curry powder
1 Tbsp. soy sauce
juice of 1 lemon

Mix ingredients thoroughly. Chill several hours. Serve
on lettuce. Serves 8.
