CHRISTMAS SALAD

1 large pkg. jello (lime or
strawberry)
1 large pkg. cream cheese
2 c. boiling water
1 large can crushed pineapple,
drained
1/2 c. chopped walnuts
(optional)

Place jello, cream cheese and boiling water in blender.
Blend well. Stir in pineapple and nuts. Pour into mold.
Chill several hours or overnight. Total preparation time: 10
minutes.
