1 (6 oz.) pkg. orange jello
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (No. 2) can whole berry
cranberry sauce
1 c. pecans, chopped
2 fresh navel oranges, peeled
and slushed in food
1 c. celery, chopped
1 c. 7-Up

Dissolve jello in boiling water. Add slushed cranberry
sauce, oranges, pecans, celery and mix thoroughly. Add ginger
ale and stir (it will foam). Refrigerate until firm.
