STRAWBERRY-NUT CONGEALED SALAD

6 oz. pkg. banana-strawberry
jello
2 c. boiling water
2 c. cold water
1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen
strawberries
1 small can crushed pineapple
3 bananas, sliced
1 c. chopped nuts

Marinate bananas in orange juice for about 5 minutes
while you mix jello and hot water (dissolve well). Add cold
water. Mix well. Add strawberries, pineapple, nuts and
bananas. Pour in mold and chill. May serve with sour cream in
center of mold.
Hint: May use juice drained from crushed pineapple to
make 1 cup of cold water.
