DANNY'S GREAT BAR-B-Q SAUCE

1/2 can (1.12 oz.) dry mustard
2 c. catsup
4 c. barbecue sauce
7 or 8 shakes soy sauce or
Worcestershire sauce
4 or 5 shakes hot sauce
Accent
garlic powder or garlic
1 medium onion
1 medium bell pepper
2 or 3 lemons
2 bay leaves

On the stove mix 2 cups water and dry mustard until
dissolved. Add 2 cups catsup; mix well and add 4 cups barbecue
sauce; mix well again. Add Worcestershire sauce or soy sauce.
Add hot sauce. Cover top with Accent or garlic powder or 2
cloves garlic cut up. Add onion, cut up in fourths; bell
pepper, cut up; lemons, cut in half; squeeze juice out and add
lemons too. Add 2 bay leaves. Stir well. When sauce starts
to boil, turn to low heat and cook about 30 to 45 minutes.
Strain. Use large saucepan.
