BEST CHILI IN TOWN|
2 lb. ground beef
1 large can tomatoes
1 (4 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 Tbsp. chili powder
1 Tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. black pepper
1/2 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. water
Brown ground beef in large pot and drain all the grease
you can. Add 1 large can of tomatoes mashed up and add the
tomato sauce. Stir in the 1/2 cup water. Then, in no particu-
lar order, add the chili powder, paprika, garlic powder, salt,
black pepper and red pepper. Stir until all the ingredients
are mixed very good. Turn heat down to low and stirring often,
simmer for about 2 to 2 1/2 hours.
