CABBAGE SALAD 1 medium head cabbage, shredded (just cut small) 2 small onions, cut in rings some diced green pepper, if desired Dressing: 3 Tbsp. vinegar 2 Tbsp. salad oil 3 Tbsp. sugar 1 tsp. salt Stir until sugar and salt are dissolved. Pour over cabbage mixture and mix. Will stay crisp and tasty for several days when stored in refrigerator.
