MOLDED CRANBERRY SALAD
1 c. freshly ground
1 orange, ground
1 c. crushed pineapple,
1 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. walnuts, chopped
3 oz. pkg. cherry Jell-O
1 c. hot water
1 c. syrup from pineapple
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
Dissolve Jell-O in hot water, add sugar, lemon juice and
syrup. Stir until sugar and Jell-O dissolved. Chill until
thick. Add fruits, celery and nuts. Mix well and pour into
