RECEPTION SALAD

1 pkg. lemon Jell-O
2 small pkg. Philadelphia
cream cheese, mashed with a
little bit of canned
pimentos
2/3 c. pecans or walnuts
1/2 pt. whipped cream or Cool
Whip
1 large can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. chopped celery
pinch of salt

Dissolve lemon Jell-O in pineapple juice which is
boiling. When it begins to set, add other ingredients in order
given: cream cheese, pecans or walnuts, whipped cream or Cool
Whip, pineapple, celery and pinch of salt. Makes about 12
large servings.
